We are not complete without giving our girl-child and women a voice as they are the aftermaths of conflicts, so we promote gender equality, women’s empowerment, and social inclusion both in upstream and downstream.

CLIMATE CHANGE

FADI is not far from providing solution to most endangering scenario which is climate change, we proffer mitigation through nature base approach, foster climate education, conduct awareness campaigns and advocate for climate change policy reform and preserve natural resources.

YOUTH & CHILDREN

At FADI we do ensure that our young generation are carried along, we make sure that every child has equal right for education and access to better their chance of living, have equal mobility of resources, we foster youth inclusion, entrepreneurship skills and job creation, we support technological innovation, digital infrastructure and economic diversification among youths.

LINKAGE TO FINANCE FOR MSMEs

Our observation is that there are many young entrepreneurs whose innate talents and skills need to be tapped in order to give them a world of good for sustainable growth in various human endeavors. But the absence of access to floating funds has deprived them such opportunities thereby engendering frustration and retardation in the socio-economic fronts. The assignment Fill Gap Africa will undertake hereby will be to identify such carriers of talents and skill and grant them trainings and latter introduce them to Agencies that can offer them credits as start-ups while monitoring their expansion and growth accordingly.

MICROCREDIT SUPPORT TO MSMEs

It is important to note that local traders can be supported to expand their business with micro credits such that repayment may be stress free. Sometimes without necessarily charging them interest on the credit lines extended to them. This can be done by Fill Gap Africa by first giving orientation or carrying out advocacy on the petty traders to understand that they can grow their business by learning more on how and where to obtain credit facilities.
